• Defensive mainstay on MSC teams that went to two consecutive Sun Bowls (’52, ‘53)

• Key part of 1953 team that defeated Alabama and Georgia

San Francisco 49ers (1954)

• Team Defensive MVP

• All-Army Team – Fort Sill, Oklahoma (’55, ‘56)
