  • Won 9 high school letters at Stephen D. Lee High
  • Three letters each in football, baseball, basketball
  • Recruited to Alcorn State University by MSHOF’er Marino Casem
  • Earned all-conference status in both baseball and football
  • Injured his senior year (torn hamstring) at Alcorn
  • Signed as a non-drafted free agent by the Chicago Bears for 1981 season
  • Starting defensive back for the 1985 Super Bowl Champion Bears
  • Teammates with fellow MSHOF’ers Tyrone Keys and Walter Payton
  • Injured his knee during the Super Bowl Game ending his career as a player
  • Started his coaching career as the first ever head coach at Trinity College in suburban Chicago
  • Now Trinity International University named their field after Frazier
  • Coached defensive backs at University of Illinois
  • 1999 started working in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles
  • Became Bengal’s defensive coordinator in 2003 – 2004
  • Hired by Tony Dungy as defensive assistant in 2005 in Indianapolis
  • Was assistant head coach for Super Bowl Champion Colts in 2006 – 2007
  • Joined Vikings as defensive coordinator in 2007
  • Named head coach of Minnesota in 2010 -2013
  • Coached in Tampa and Baltimore before current assignment as defensive coordinator of Buffalo Bills
