The BancorpSouth Mississippi Sports Hall of
Fame & Museum annual Induction Banquet
Weekend is the last weekend in July. The
weekend features three events: The Annual
Induction Banquet on Friday evening; Meet the Inductees Saturday morning; and, The Drawdown of Champions on Saturday night.
Honorees or their representatives are
expected at all three events.

Rita Easterling : Selected by ESPN as one of the Top 25 Women's College Basketball
Players of Pre-NCAA era
Mike Kinnison : Only Mississippi college

baseball title. (Delta State, 2004)
Con Maloney : involved in professional baseball for over thirty years as an owner
and administrator
Corky Palmer : Guided USM to eight post-
season baseball appearances and its only college World Series berth. (2009)
Jerrel Wilson : USM punter and only one in
NFL history to lead league in punting average four times.
