Baseball, ping pong and fireworks, oh my…

Mississippi Braves fans will get an added treat tonight.
The nationally No. 1 ranked Mississippi College Choctaws table tennis team will put on an exhibition at 7,000-seat Trustmark Park in Pearl.
Coach and Captain Cheng Li and other outstanding MC players  arrive at the Mississippi Braves ballpark at 6:30 pm. The four-man MC team will give baseball fans a taste of their mighty slams, tricky spins and awesome defense on the concourse, while the Braves face the Chattanooga Lookouts.
Fans can challenge the best collegiate players in the nation. Comic book characters like Iron Man and Captain America may battle the MC stars, too.
First pitch is at 7 p.m. There will be fireworks afterward.
