USM’s Sandlin Captures C Spire Ferriss Trophy

Jackson, MS. - (May 21, 2018) – Junior right-hand pitcher Nick Sandlin has been selected as the C Spire Ferriss Trophy winner for 2018.  Sandlin captured the award over four other finalists including Zack Shannon of Delta State, teammate Luke Reynolds, Mississippi State’s Jake Mangum and Ole Miss outfielder Ryan Olenek.
