Dear Friend,
As we try to return to a more normal lifestyle here at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame, we are starting to see people trying to get out and enjoy things they have been denied over the past two years. Although still short of pre-COVID attendance, more people are coming to enjoy the museum.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we depend on our fundraising events and the kindness of those that support our mission to educate all that enter our building on the world-class athletes this state has produced. With the end of the year approaching quickly, we hope that if you are looking to make a tax deductible donation before the end of the year that you consider the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame.
With 334 inductees we surpass other states with the accomplishments our Hall of Famers have produced. Our 2022 Class was recently announced and we are proud to add Coaches Kermit Davis Sr., Bob Tyler, Willis Wright, football star Eric Moulds, swimmer and diver Maggie Bowen-Hanna, pro golfer Jim Gallagher Jr., and baseball players Barry Lyons and David Dellucci to our list of shining stars.
We always appreciate your support of the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and hope your year propels you to a fabulous 2022. Thanks again for considering a tax deductible contribution to the Hall of Fame.
Sincerely,
Bill Blackwell
