Answering some questions about tonight

In answer to many questions we are receiving about tonight’s event, featuring the College World Series Championship Series on big screen TVs:
The CWS merchandise has not arrived and will not until this afternoon via Fed Ex. It will be available at 6:30 p.m. when doors open. This is as a service to local fans. The merchandise will be available at CWS prices with a $2 per item charge for shipping and handling. We have another shipment coming for Tuesday.
We will have beer available provided by Capitol City Beverages for sale. Proceeds go to the Hall  of Fame and Museum. Thanks to Frank “Dink” Drennen, a long-time supporter of the museum, for providing the beverage. Lucky Town Brewery out of Gluckstadt also is providing beverage.
We will have ball park fare — hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts, wings, etc. for sale at ballpark prices.
Admission is free. Tax deductible donations to the Hall of Fame an Museum are welcome.
We’re here to have fun, provide a place for Mississippi fans to congregate and watch the game and hopefully raise a little money for the museum’s operating budget.
Go State! Bring that big trophy back home.
