Mississippi Science Fest

The Mississippi Science Fest (MSF), presented by C Spire, is the LeFleur Museum District’s (LMD) signature event which will take place September 16-18. After drawing over 6,500 visitors in 2019, MSF remains committed to the goal of introducing new educational opportunities in STEM industries to Mississippi children in hopes of bringing about a brighter future for the residents and upcoming workforce of our state.

This year, the events include

* September 16: Science After 6 at the Ecoshed of Jackson
* September 17: Field Trip Friday
* September 18: MS Science Fest

On Saturday, September 18th, one $10 ticket the festival includes admission to each of the four museums and includes parking and your shuttle ride between museums.

Food trucks and vendors will also be on-site. Visit the MS Agriculture Museum’s General Store, MS Children’s Museum’s Red Rocket Cafe (open 9 am – 4 pm), or one of several food trucks (10:30 am – 3:30 pm, not included with admission).
