- Oversaw construction of new $10 million dollar, 34,000 square foot academic center in 2008 that hosts academic staff, individual computer work rooms, tutor work areas, a large open study area, and a 300-seat dining facility
- In charge of revitalizing and renovating Mississippi State’s athletic facilities: Leo Seal M-Club Center, Shira Athletic Complex, MSU Soccer Facility, McCarthy Gym, and Humphrey Coliseum
- Oversaw new construction of Bryan Athletic Administration Building, Holliman Athletic Performance Center, Palmeiro Indoor Baseball/Football Center, and Softball locker and training facility
- Oversaw renovations of Dudy Noble Field/Polk-Dement Stadium in 2000 that included 18 skyboxes and additional chairback seating
- Managed a $30 million dollar expansion of Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field that included 50 new skyboxes and additional chairback seating for the 2001 season
- Served as chairman of SEC athletic directors from 1990 until 2007, the longest sitting chairman in SEC history
