Served two stints as USM men’s golf coach (1969-70, 1990-2000)
Served as USM women’s coach (1992-97).
Created the prestigious college tournament, which is now named in his honor.
Hall once shot his age, 64, one year after suffering a heart attack that nearly killed him and caused him to lose toes off both of his feet.
